Four categories, one standard

We build around four product directions. Each one is selected for stable performance, clear functional value, and a good user experience — and each one keeps expanding as customer demand moves.

Product Range

What we carry, and why these four

Four directions is a deliberate limit. Depth in a category beats breadth across categories we cannot support properly.

Tumu Vertex LLC operates a multi-category online platform, but not an unlimited one. Each of the four directions below shares the same underlying customer: someone equipping a home and a daily routine, who wants technology that works without becoming a project.

Staying inside these four means we can actually know the products — how they behave after three months, which specifications matter and which are marketing, what customers write in about. That knowledge is what a supplier is really buying when they list with us, and it does not survive unlimited expansion.

Categories do grow. When customer demand consistently points somewhere adjacent, we open it — but deliberately, and with the same evaluation applied to the first product as to the hundredth.

Smart Electronics

Smart devices, personal electronics, smart accessories, and other consumer technology products. We give priority to products with stable performance, clear functional value, and a good user experience.

This is the category where specifications are easiest to inflate, so it is the one where we test hardest — real pairing behaviour, real battery figures, and whether the companion app is something a customer will keep on their phone.

Home Appliances & Smart Home

Practical appliances and smart home products for household use — covering cleaning, kitchen, health, environment management, and everyday convenience.

Appliances are judged on the unglamorous things: noise in a real room, how easy the filter or the dust bin is to service, whether the controls make sense to someone who never reads the manual, and how the unit behaves in year two.

Health Technology

Smart health wearables, personal health monitoring devices, and related wellness products. We focus on practical function, the health-data experience, product stability, and long-term user value.

This is our most active sourcing direction. Because the category touches personal health, we hold it to a stricter standard on documentation: applicable certifications, test reports, and claims a supplier can actually stand behind in the destination market.

Lifestyle Technology

Innovative products that improve daily convenience and quality of life — including personal care, travel accessories, home improvement, and further expandable categories.

The widest of the four, and the one where a genuinely differentiated product can move fastest. What we look for here is a clear reason to exist: a specific friction the product removes, described in one sentence.

Selection Standard

What a product has to clear

The same six criteria apply across all four directions, whichever category a product arrives in.

i

Consistent product quality

Build quality that holds up across repeat production runs, not only on the sample unit.

ii

Clear functional value

The product solves an identifiable need, and that need can be explained in one sentence.

iii

Friendly user experience

Setup, daily operation, and the companion app are straightforward for a non-technical customer.

iv

Suitable for online sale

The product photographs well, ships safely, and can be explained clearly on a product page.

v

Price matched to value

Landed cost supports a retail price the end customer will consider fair.

vi

Reliable supply and after-sales

Dependable lead times, spare parts, warranty handling, and responsive communication.
